Option A, Send your own design:

If you are creating your own design using your favourite software ( Word, Ai, InDesign, Corel etc.), please make your artwork in a file with two artboard/canvas or two pages, one for front and one for back, then Save As or Convert to PDF to make a two page PDF file, remember to select Bleed option and Press Quality, when saving as PDF.

Send one PDF file with two pages (back and front), use CMYK images at 300 dpi and make high resolution PDF from your file. Add bleed to your design when there is a background colour or image covering the whole page. To add bleed, add 1/8" (0.125 inches) to each side of your background colour/image to make it bigger than your page size.
